I gained a lot in college, then lost a lot after college, gained it all back and then some. I am now back in school full time getting my masters and I finally feel like I am ready to get more in control of myself. I'm hoping this time I lose it and keep it off!

A few years ago I did Weight Watchers and I did not really keep track on the weekends but I was still able to lose 20 lbs (of course I've gained it all back and then some =) ) I've found that I was much happier when I didn't restrict myself on weekends but made sure to be "good" during the week. I'm trying to get back in…

Count me in! I've fallen off the wagon quite a few times over the past few years. I think I need motivation and encouragement!
