Yes I get this. I could never give up pop. But when I gave up regular and diet I was able to. I can't back it with science but my body seems to treat artificial sweetener the same as sugar. I personally do better limiting both.

I cook mine in water and add 1 tbs organic peanut butter, 1 tbs ground flax seed, 1 tbs pure Vermont maple syrup. The heat of the oats melts the peanut butter, stir for a little piece of heaven.

I'm sure that is true. But if you are doing lifestyle things that suppress it further that doesn't help. So to the degree I can I'm trying to get the suppressor s out of my diet and environment. See where my natural potential is before I seek medical intervention.

I'm seeing a nutritionist, complained of fatigue, low libido... She gave me some supplements and changed my diet. That has helped a lot. I don't have the blood tests to prove it but feel my testosterone is up. Also a lot of chemicals and commercially produced food is supposed to be estrogenic, not sure I'm 100 percent on…

I had to give up pop and candy for health. I is easier to do the impossible then you think. Cut those binge foods out, think of them as rat poison. Good luck!

On potatoes baked or boiled, use sweet potatoes if you like them, red skins if you want the real thing. I avoid bread so no help there, on Mac and cheese I'd stick with your favorite recipe and use portion control.

You may have to lift differently, but I wouldn't give up your lifting. Lunges, core work step ups all help prevent injury from running.
