I usually jog/power walk for 30 min. Then do 15 minutes of jumping rope POW 500 calories burned (via HRM) I also walk up and down 18 flights of stairs at least once a day at work which burns an additional 100 calories

Me!!! My day went like this: Breakfast:2 eggs scrambled, three slices of turkey bacon Lunch: chicken ceasar salad (romaine lettuce, shredded parmesean cheese, ceasar croutons, grilled chicken breast, kens ceasar dressing) Dinner: Stuffed bell pepper (ground turkey, 1/4 cup of sloppy joe sauce, onions, 2% cheese) (YUMMY)

I love this topic! me and one of my best friends have been trying to loose weight together. We weight the same thing but we look totally different. She carries all of her weight in her chest and stomach and I carry my in my thighs and butt!!

^^This!!!! Yes!!! It is very helpful but knowing myself im freaker outer! and I take it Way overboard and over think the entire thing! I want to try every method and I want to lose weight NOW! lol I know thats now feasible. Im crazy like that! I just need a day to regroup. I know what I need to do, Just needed a vent. lol

Ive tried doing it both on the treadmill and outdoors. I noticed that i burn alot more calories when I go it outside and my heart rate gets alot higher. Not sure why though.

Ok yea, Im a little lost as well. My BMR is 1744.5 So I should eat this amount of calories? My TDEE is 2992 I should stay below this?

Yes, thats what MFP gives me and I doubt it is that high as well. Maybe half of that.

I RARELY ever drink soda, tea or anything and If I do I make sure I log. I dont however always log all of my water because thats all I drink literally all day. And the days that I burn almost 1300 calories are the days that I do kickboxing.
