agree. This will definitely be a lifestly change however I don't see myself logging forever. I will begin to log again if I see my weight go up ten lbs or more. But I plan to use this as a tool only in the first few weeks/months to get healthy patterns going.

i agree. Liquor is what made me pile on weight as well. Drinking heavily leads to eating heavily. do it in moderation and make sure you log it so that it fits.

Ive tried carb cyclying! big diasaster! once I have too many carbs I have to have more and more and more and more. I need to stay under and then gradually bring them back up.

Thanks everybody! Yes. im pretty low in the carb area no more than 50 g per day. Maybe ill try strawberries and maybe either pineapples, or watermelon. but not both. We are cooking out at my house and I need something to keep me away from a week ruining binge.

I have this same issue.! its all about self control and making better decisions for yourself! junk food and crap will be everywhere and always available. Its all about moderation and choices. :)

I love low carb! most foods that are low carb are low calories as well. I Feel like with low carb I can snack alot on cut up sausages, and things of that nature.

While that is tactfully put I dont really like the idea for othe things such as birthday parties or housewarmings or things like that but I do think that its OK for a wedding.
