Working out First
Hello, has anyone tried working out before they actually started "dieting" like keeping their same eating habits but began to exercise and lost weight initially that way? (I know everyone is going to do with the "losing weight is CICO" , "eating healthy is what's important not exercising" blah blah. Not here for that. )

HELP! LOW CARB BINGE
Hello!, I am writing this because I am thinking of eating some delicious watermelon, and pineapples this weekened. (to avoid liquor, chips, candy, and ice cream). I know being low carb those fruits are BIG NO-NO's but to me its the lesser of two evils. What do you guys think?

Hello, just curious as to what approach evryone is going to take as far as food is concerned. I try not to get too involved with the whole TDEE and BMR thing and try to stick to 1200-1500 with excersize but what about eveyrone else? Are you guys eating more to weigh less or sticking to what MFP tells you?!
