Work Outs

Hello All,

Im sure like me some of you guys are very busy people. I work full time, go to school full time and Im also a full time mom.

I have a very hard time finding time to sneak work outs in. Any Ideas?

I work on the 18th floor of a high rise building so I walk down and up 18 flights at least twice a day but I feel like that isnt enough. I also take high impact aerobics, and kick boxing classes twice a week.

Any other ways to get effective work outs in?
