EVERYONE is different! Depends on how much you are working out, metabolism, and a ton of other factors. I would zig zag your caloric intake so your body doesnt adjust.

I did- when I wasnt earting enough food like two months ago. I was running on 1200 a day for like 5 months and my net intake was at around 300. It was terrible and I switched things up a bit and now I am great!

My weakness is carbs! Most of all its cereal becasue I feel like I can just sit there and eat 3829392 bowls of cereal in a sitting.
