I am currently doing Ripped in 30..I own 6 w 6 pack in addition to no more trouble zones and banish fat. I haven't done 1 Jillian Michaels workout without feeling tired after wards. She is the real deal. Love her..lol

Today I did Ripped in 30 Level 3-Day 2. I actually did a lot better than yesterday. I think I am going to stay on this level for a while though. No rush ..haha. Then finish level 4 the last week of March.

Get it! I got it a year ago. It protects against the worst strains of HPV that can cause warts and cervical cancer. It probably even more effective if you get it before becoming sexually active since just about EVERYONE will contract HPV sometime in their lifetime.

I am doing No More Trouble Zones and maybe an additional Bob Harper DVD next when I get done with Ripped in 30. I just started level 3 which is going to kick my butt for the next 7-10 days. So hard, ugh! lol...Have you lost a lot of weight so far with it?

Just because you are not sore doesn't mean its not working. I only get sore with very heavy upper body workouts or if I do a new routine. After that I will barely get sore again if I do the same thing.

When all your private areas is covered in sweat...lol...I hate that I tend to sweat there than any other place...

Hmmm...I am a nurse practitioner, but when I was a beside nurse it didn't matter how much I ran around. I still gained weight. I would set it as sedentary and go from there.

Hmmm..Well during my TOM I always work out nearly every day of it especially on the treadmill. I don't know about others, but after the first day the cramps are usually non-existent especially if I workout.

Cheat days can wipe out a full week of work. Seriously! I think you should have a cheat meal instead that is within your calories for the day. I usually pick Friday or Saturday night for my cheat meal.

You see yourself everyday...you really won't notice a difference (to yourself) until you lose about 2 pant sizes IMO! I am sure there is a difference, but you are just not picking it up.

I have braids in , but when I am wearing my natural hair I usually pull it up in a ponytail. Its very frustrating especially getting my hair permed then blown out just to sweat it out. I hate wearing a scarf to the gym since my crush works there..lol

Just to add to the above poster- I think the person with the lower interest level always have the upper hand in a courtship. Usually its the woman. However, if you are putting more in than the guy, then he has the upper hand. When the times come usually the guy will find YOU and not the other way around.

I think it may be the guys you date. Do you discuss values, goals, and interest before you get "serious" with them? This is not a criticism, but I think you just had to get to know these men before jumping in. Maybe a long courtship or dating a while before sex? Just suggestions....

Well Ripped in 30 is far newer than Shred, so that may account for the buzz around it in general. However, I think the OP should do more cardio in addition to Ripped in 30. I said once I weigh less than 200 I'm going to treat myself to some new clothes but not a full wardrobe. I am at 204, so I hope it is soon. I will like to fit a size 12 soon, but it will probably be closer to summer that happens.
