Completed Ripped in 30 Level 4 today. I did pretty decent today. My upper body strength still sucks, but I am see more definition in my back and shoulder.Woot Woot!

Some people don't put pics of their significant other because they don't want people in their business. I rarely put photos up, and its on purpose most of the time because of the sexual comments I will get from men on my friends list. IMO its not a big deal.

I am 5'9-5'10- I believe I am a size 12 now at 201 right now. When I was 180- I was a size 10, and that is where I will like to be.

Makeup is just a shield just like clothes. Some people wear it just boost their self esteem because they don't have the confidence to leave the house without it....God bless them either way!

I did Ripped in 30 Level 4. That workout is tough on the upper body. My goodness. I could barely complete some of the circuits..lol..I think I am going to do this level for about 7 days like I did Level 3.

LOL..I have a crush on an employee at the gym ( go figure), but he has already caught me at my worst and best, so I don't care. Plus he has a GF, so I guess why bother for me? lol

You really don't need a reason to be depressed. It can happen because of biochemical reasons. This is something I would discuss with a health care provider.

Sadly, when you lose weight especially after 45 or so, your face is going to start to lose volume from natural aging and weight loss.

I did the Shred about 2 times a few years ago. I am starting level 4 of Ripped in 30, and I have lost a significant amount of weight and inches in just over a month. I heard Ripped in 30 is better.

You have to be somewhat picky and know you are worth. If you expecting something you can't give also, ok that is being unreasonable.

Honestly, I would say, " I am not trying to get ahead of myself, but if you are looking for a hook up or just sex, then you are not getting it here or I am not ready until......" I do a little of both, but I primarily workout at the gym. I like getting out of the house, so its not a problem.

Honestly, I use the readout from the machines as a guideline. If it says 600, I usually just count about 350-400 as my basis.

I've lost nearly 40 lbs, but I've only went down from a 40 DDD to 38 DDD. I only have 20 lbs to lose, so I'm hoping I stay somewhat "big" lol.

I used to have friends in college go with me, but its almost as if I have to babysit or force them to go. Just can't tolerate it. Honestly, I rather just account for myself and not worry about someone else or whether or not they will show up.

In all I usually spend close to 300 dollars on food every month. I honestly can't imagine spending more than that. lol..Wow. Can't imagine people who spend over 500 dollars.

I do Ripped in 30 after working out at the gym for 30-50 (treadmill or elliptical) minutes depending on my motivation or time...lol...Very effective but sometimes exhausting..lol
