  • Cravings and weight gain are usually the tell tale sign when its coming for me. I have to workout the few days when it comes because I would feel terrible. I hate feeling bloated. It seems to have gotten worse with age.
  • I am doing Ripped in the 30 right now. It is kicking me feel slow and out of shape even though I worked out a lot prior to starting it. I heard good reviews from No More Trouble Zones and banish fat and boost metabolism.
  • I am 5'9-5'10 . My highest weight was 240 (sigh) in graduate school after being 175ish in college a few years prior. That was my lowest weight as an adult. I will like to be that weight again. Anything less I will start to look sick and too skinny which I don't want to be. Plus, I dont want my boobs to get too small..lol..…
  • I use Panoxyl also, and it helps a lot with breakouts. I would just go to a Dermatologist and get the good stuff for your face. I used Proactive before in college, and it somewhat works. However, I felt like it just dried out my face.
  • Maybe you are eating more than you think or not working out as hard as you think. Either time for a routine change or in depth look at your calories.
  • The recommendations I have is to have a good weight gain. I would not get in the habit of thinking you are eating for two. A lot of pregnant women don't realize they only need to increase their calories about 500 or so during pregnancy. The recommended weight gain is 20-30 lbs depending how many babies you are carrying.…
  • Wow..great job. You can really see a difference ALL OVER! Congrats!
  • I wear my usual Bali bra to the gym. Hey, I can't help it. If they look they look..lol..I have to have great support, otherwise it doesn't make for a comfortable workout. My last measurement I had was 40DDD, but I think I've gone down the past month or so. I have to get remeasured soon.
  • I started two weeks ago, and I just advanced to level 2 which nearly killed me. The first week I lost about 2 lbs. I do extra cardio prior to however because I feel I need it. The DVD is really good as much reviews have said.

  • I think it depends on your current fitness level and the type of changes you make to lose weight. A person who is new to exercising and dieting will lose more quicker than someone who work out all the time.
  • I am 24 years old, so I guess I'm in a 24 year drought...ha...I am not waiting for marriage exactly but someone who I love, trust, and plan to marry.
  • I used to go out to eat every Friday/Saturday and plateaued for several months. I stopped it, and kept losing.
  • You have to think about what looks good on YOU! I know anything less than 170 wouldn't look good on me, so I def won't aim for it. However, others may have different perspective on that and their body.
  • I think it depends on the person..Personally, I can't eat then workout. Others can.
  • I am about 5'10. I weigh 205 now according to the scale this AM. I think I looked the best at about 175-180. People said I started to look sick and skinny when I weighed less than that. I have a large frame also. My goal size is a size 8-10. I am currently a loose size 14.
  • It baffles me how many people complain about her voice..lol..
  • I have to admit, I do nearly 45-55 minutes of cardio at the gym before I do ripped in 30 at home. I work out a lot, so I need it prob to get results.
  • Did anyone see results almost immediately? I started this DVD like 1 1/2 ago. I did level 2 first thinking level 1 would be too easy since I workout a lot: I was wrong. Well I weighed myself last week and was 206.8. I then got my monthly cycle, so water weight sort of screwed up the scale. This AM I weighed myself again,…
  • I had my BMR tested with the Medgem, and it was 2450 . I usually don't eat that much, but try to reach 1800 or so. I don't count calories directly, so I am base it on estimates which has been effective. I work out a lot, but I hit a summer plateau that I just busted through the past month or so.
  • Wow! Congrats for success..You look great!
  • Hello, This is my first post, but I guess you are suppose to do it 5-6x a week then move on. I am using it as a supplement to my gym workout. I am still going to move through the levels as directed, but I won't rush to finish it in 30 days. I did level 2 the first day I tried the program, and it was very intense. I thought…
