  • I have this same problem..So sad..lol. I met a lot of guys in college who were interested. They were single, no kids, multiple degrees, but I was not attracted to them. The ones I am attracted to are women magnets, and since I didn't jump on opportunities to be with them, they have moved on to other people.I have done…
  • BE the person you want to find; Don't be a NICKEL out there looking for a DIME- Lyfe Jennings...
  • Ripped in 30. There are so many options out there though. I would recommend going on Amazon.com and read reviews about different programs!
  • This is total BS! Too bad she can't find another doctor. Unless their is a medical emergency or contraindication to vaginal delivery, then there is no reason she needs a C-section. C-Sections=money. That's what it's all about. Its so much easy to cut someone open rather than have to manage 20+ hours of labor. Plus the…
  • Some people can't be alone for more than 5 mins. Jennifer Lopez and Kim K. are two examples of that.
  • I think the person with the lowest interest level always have the advantage. Usually its the women, so I agree with that.
  • Hey All! I am starting RI30 tomorrow. I previously did it in Feb-April. I just completed insanity, and now I am ready for some normalcy again..lol
  • Eggs Bread Coffee...jk..Apples! The list can go on though! HA
  • I think the best way to keep going is to continue to reward yourself and look good regardless of your weight. I haven't reached my goal, but I did reward myself for my accomplishments so far by buying a new summer wardrobe. I plan to get a massage and get a facial this summer during my vacation even though I will prob…
  • Yeah, I do think the commercials are misleading. They take either obese or sedentary folks who lost a lot of weight from the program, but they hardly feature peeps who are somewhat physically fit. I think it makes a huge difference. The peeps who barely worked out are overweight are obviously going to lose more than the…
  • Well I have been trying to lose since I was in college. I gained about 20 lbs one semester freshman year. Two years ago I went to the doctors and I ballooned to 236. I looked at pictures, and I didn't like what I saw. I hate how it crept up on me even when I was trying to lose for YEARS! However, school and work and living…
  • There isn't a way I can be a size 2, IMO..lol. I just want to be a size 8-10; 175-180 lbs. Anything smaller than that I start to look weird and sick. I want to have some curves and boobs left over after its all said and done..At my height that size wouldn't look great on me.
  • I am going to root like hell for the Celtics, but if I was putting money it would go on the Heat..However, the Thunder is winning it all, IMO
  • OMG! I work as a NP, and when people do bath salts..OMG..Not good at all.
  • Honestly, I am happy you were denied. Not because I am being rude, but if you can lose the weight with lifestyle change, why have surgery?Too many people actually get approved for those things and never stepped foot in a gym or changed their eating habits. I wish more insurance companies would crack down on weight loss…
  • OMG, you took the words from my mouth. My family is from SC also, and I go through the same thing. Even though I am closer to a being obese and is a size 12, they think I am "skinny." My cousin who just had a baby and has a large abdominal girth says she doesn't need to lose any weight . I could only roll my eyes to…
  • This! As a health care provider I cringe when I hear black women say being 30-40 lbs is not really overweight because they have curves. Um no! Yes we store fat generally in our buttocks and hips, but I see a lot of black women with high abdominal girth that is extremely not healthy. I do agree that BMI is overrated, but…
  • I feel left out. I wake up and literally roll out of bed to the gym some days. The last thing I am worried about is trying to impress anyone. To each their own. I have confidence that I can pick up a guy even with sweats on at the gym. I have done it before and turns heads regardless..lol..IMO I think people care too much…
  • Yeah, Max Interval circuit and Plyo killed me wrist. I thought I tore a ligament. All is well now. However, I don't see how peeps doing this for a year honestly. It puts so much stress on the body. I felt like a old lady after Max interval today..lol
  • I am done Sunday. I started later than the original group..lol..Yeah. I am trying to muster energy to the finish line also.
  • Of course you gain 4-8 lbs during the day. Eventually the food in your stomach has to be accounted for. It sounds like you have an unhealthy obsession.
  • Honestly, overexercising is a primary reason people gain weight back after losing it in addition to being on fad diets.. Unless you plan to keep this schedule for the rest of your life, I would cut back. You are just going to exhaust yourself,IMO!
  • I am sure Tapout XT will be become the next workout craze. I am nearly the end of Insanity, and I really can't wait. Its a great program and challenging, but I am tired of the pounding. Plus I am looking for more resistance training in addition to cardio. You prob can't go wrong with either.
  • Hmmm..I started my Master degree when I was 22..lol. I guess it depends on the person. No disrespect to you though!

  • I think 2 and 5 looks the best on you. The others don't really go with your build, IMO!
  • If you are ready to leave your fiance over the way he eats now, then you guys don't stand a chance.Maybe you should voice your concerns and slowly work with him. I doubt his eating patterns are new from the sound of it, but since you are on a new diet you have a new perspective?
  • I think its just water weight. There has been times when I would do a hard workout for a week, gain weight, then the next week I am down 2 lbs from the previous weight. You probably won't know your true weight unless you don't workout for 2-3 days then weigh yourself. However, that weight can stay with you for about a week…
  • I try to stay between 400-500 calories.
  • I have gotten more tone. However, as of today I have only lost about 5.2 lbs, and I am done with the program next week. I wanted to lose 10, but I guess that was too ambitious...lol..Oh well, I am going to keep on going regardless after this is done. I know it sucks, but I guess you have to look at it as an accomplishment…
