The gunslinger in your pants...stephen king!

I totally agree...I've read some reviews that said they don't like doing her dvds because of the size of her hips. I love her body! I want a body just like that with her nice curves. I just tried one of her new dvds and it killed me. But I loved it! I can really tell it's working.

Wow...you look so much younger! Great Job!!!

I've always wanted to be a runner but my fitness and weight has always been my excuse. I'm always jealous of people that can just run. So when I started MFP I made a promise to myself that I would one day be one of those people that can just run for a great distance. I was going to be a future runner!

I have an android app on my phone called Mp3 Music download. They usually have everything I want.

Thanks Everyone! You've given my so great ideas/starting point.

It's www.selfhelpworks.com and then the living lean program I'm really enjoying it because it's where I need the most help -- my way of thinking about food. But I'm curious if anyone else has done it and if it really works in the end.

We're right there with you!

Ok, I had my gait analyzed and it turns out that when I run my feet turn outward. So my big toe is doing all the work pushing off the ground. So the muscle from my big toe up is getting strained with every step. Thanks everyone! I would recommend getting your gait analyzed if there is s running store around you who offers…

You look great! Congrats!

Thanks everyone for the tips!!

How do you size sports bras?? I can never figure out how to buy one that fits and is supportive enough to run in.

I'm doing the c25k program. It's a beginner's running guide to get you from no running experience to being able to run no stop for 30 mins in 8 weeks. I'm on the last day of week 2 and I can already tell a difference. You can google c25k and it will pull up a lot of information for you on it. Good Luck!!!

great start!! keep it up!
-
That's awesome! Keep up the good work and stay healthy!

wow...you're one good looking guy...congrats on your success. You're such a motivation!!

I have a 32 oz jug at work...I make sure to drink one of those while I'm at work. Then I only have 4 more cups for when I get home. So as long as a drink while I work out and at dinner I can usually fit it in. But if it's just the taste of water that makes it hard for you, try adding flavors or lemon.

You hit the nail on the head! I am one of those people that think it's all or nothing. I should be able to just run 30 minutes straight and ta-da...I'm a runner. But that one minute mark comes and I'm dying. So I think "well that's it, I can't run." and give up. Thanks for the encouragement. Especially about the speed of…

That's exactly what I want to get out of this program...the stamina to run for longer than a minute. Wow...I can't even imagine running for 45 minutes straight. That would be awesome! This gives me motivation to stay with it. Thanks!
-
Yeah, that's the thing I have to remember...I can redo weeks. It doesn't have to be exactly 9 weeks! thanks!!
-
great job!! the problem I'm having is that my big pants are too big and the next size down is a little too small. I'm an inbetweener!! but as soon as you lose the clown pants for a smaller size, that's when people really start to notice your weight loss. Keep up the good work!

I'm really going to stick with it because just like my username I have always wanted to be a runner. I'm always so envious of people when I see them running. I just don't know how to start. I start to run but it hurts so I just give up. Then I found c25k and I started that. I'm hoping that it will help me become a runner.…

great job...love the progress pics!!

Okay, good...I was hoping there were more people out there that had the same problem. I'm starting week 2 of C25K tonight. Excited, Scared, what's the difference :)
