I set my goal at 1300 calories but then I eat my exercise calories back. So my calories at the end of the day are usually around 1700. Also I just went and got more yogurt for the probiotics. The only problem is I don't really like yogurt everyday.

I hate mornings!!! So I joined jazzercise and class starts at 5:45am so if i don't get up I miss class. Plus it really helps me to get up knowing all i have to do is brush my teeth and put my hair in a ponytail instead of getting all ready for work. If it wasn't for a set time I wouldn't ever get up early.

With all that exercise you have to be gaining some muscle. Definitely measure or compare pictures...scales are the devil
