    May I ask why you went from a reasonable 1600+ calories down to only 1300 per day!?


    Your food choices look pretty well balanced, but consider the macro nutrients you are eating as well. You seem to have lots of protein and carbs left at the end of the day.

    Back in December, you ate 25-35 g of fiber/day. Now some days you don't get above 10g. Take a fiber supplement.

    Also, I see you taking a probiotic. I'd recommend saving the money from that and eating more things like tempeh. Kimchi. Pickles. Saurkraut. Miso. Dark chocolate. Soy milk. Kefir. Olives. (I see that you do eat yogurt. Eat more of it.)

    I don't dismiss the probiotics. I just hate to see people spending money on them.

    I set my goal at 1300 calories but then I eat my exercise calories back. So my calories at the end of the day are usually around 1700.

    Also I just went and got more yogurt for the probiotics. The only problem is I don't really like yogurt everyday.
