I would say maybe it's not how much but what you are eating. Journal and take a good look at what you are eating over a week, and lift heavier. I always follow the nutritional content guide and measure in grams on my kitchen scale... Some heaping measures can add up considerably. I weigh to be sure, pre- measure, and put them into small cups so I I have a weeks worth ready to go:)

I tend to over eat in the evenings when the family is all sound asleep. Thank goodness I limit my late night eating to healthy clean food choices.
