I start Workout 7 and 8 at the end of the week, how were they compared to 5 and 6. I did workout 5 today for the last time today..YEA!!

I have 59 days to my vacation and that is what keeps me motivated. I have to agree with WWJD, it is only 30 minutes and I can do that!! Keep picturing yourself in your bathing suit after doing 90 DBR and then picture yourself in a bathing suit after NOT doing 90 DBR! Good luck!! You can do it!!!!!

I did Cardio 2 today and loved it!! I may even do it again after work!!

I did workout 5 and it was ok, the fourth time doing the crab put me over the edge. My body is changing and I feel great!! I have a girls weekend away so I am switching around my days so my husband can still do the workouts, he needs it more than I do. Have a great weekend!

Hi! I start phase 2 tomorrow!! I am going away this weekend so I am going to just run on the treadmill. Do you think it is ok to do that for my cardio day?? Myfitnesspal tells me to eat 1200, I just can't keep to that few calories. if I workout that day I always eat 1800.

Hi I started on June 1st. I do six days a week and one day of rest. I also run 2-4 miles a day!! I am going to start level 3 soon. I loved level 1. My results are negative,but I think because I toned so much from just finishing the 30 day shred. Good luck!!

I try to do it every day, but you can take off in between. I did the 30 DS without any days off and my results were fantastic. Good luck and go with how your body feels.

Hi, So glad I found this group. I will be on my third day of RI30...Hoping to lose 5 lbs this month. Just finished the shred 2 weeks ago and have had so many compliments on how great I look!!

I have done the shred now for 44 days, today was the first day I didn't do it. It is great!!! I have toned up A LOT and I feel like I have some abs!!
