Your training for the next two weeks looks good. I have done alot of half marathons and my longest run is usually 9.5 miles. The day of the race your endurance will kick in and you will be great!! Enjoy!! I always get burnt out from training and think why did I sign up for this, BUT am so proud when I cross that line!!

Hey...how many days until you guys are done?? I'm finished with this on 3/28, only 11 more days!! I have lost 10 lbs and a lot of inches. I never measured myself, but my clothes are really loose on me. I wish I had done my measurements. I am feeling pretty good, I am actually in a size 8!! I am so happy about that!!

I am now able to get into the wheel position, but then making the wheel into a push up....ummm..not doing that great!

I love level 2 except I have to use 3b weights when doing the 3rd circuit V- fly's...OUCH!! Anyone getting frustrated you can do it!! Last year I made it the 45 day shred and did each level 15 days. Sam, So confused with those wheel push ups in circuit 2 with workout 12. I could not push my body up. I could not even do the modified version. Were you able to figure it out and how??? Patti
