    You look awesome - my last day of 30DS is tomorrow, and then I plan on starting Rin30 also!

    You look fantastic! I see a big difference. Your waist is so much more defined, and your legs, torso etc. much more slender!

    I left this morning and now checking my thread this afternoon, I feel wonderful! Thank you all so much for the kind words and encouragement! I started Ripped in 30 this morning!

    It's probably because he sees you everyday. It's like watching grass grow. But from the before and after pictures there is a noticeable difference. And congrats on completing it :D

    Yes, when someone sees you everyday, it is hard for them to notice a difference in the beginning. You look great and much more confident in the after photos! Keep it up!! Feel free to add me if you want!!

    Your partner probably cant tell because they are around you all the time and the change is gradual but you deff look tighter all over! You're doing a great job! Right on.
