i found after a couple of weeks of keto I felt a lot less sluggish and was not as tired as I used to be. When I had a slip up the old feelings returned. Stick with it and if your body reacts the same as others (I don't think everyone has the same experiences) you will get this too.

Think about your posture. Keep your back straight and your head up. Swing your arms and definitely the C25k plan - I am half way through and it's awesome. Oh and wear headphones so you can be in your own little bubble and ignore the world :

yep - double up works for me. get something too small and then the right size over the top, locks the puppies down tight!
