The gut for sure. Some in the thighs, too. I've been pretty fortunate to not have a lot of leg or upper arm fat problems; the the mid-section that likes to hold onto the weight. AND - My chest shrinks when I lose weight. It's the first thing to shrink down. I guess 'the girls' really are just fat.

Totally. I always get pretty much the same thing; it's my fav. 6 inch on Honey Oat - Cold Cut Combo w/ ALL the veggies, pepper jack cheese and no mayo - just honey mustard. It's about 490 calories. And worth every single one. :)

I really wanna check out Turbo Fire; but I have the "6 workout set" of Turbo Jam and they're AWESOME. I bought it off ebay for, like, 20 bucks. I actually ENJOY doing the Turbo Jam DVD's.
