But isnt the point to teach. You should at least have the stamina to keep up. If she wants to teach it, she should build up the stamina and ability to teach first. All she is going to do is hinder those who are more advanced than her.

Maybe she was sick? I personally would do one more class with her and see if it was just a bad day. Maybe she had a cold and ate a whole box of doughnuts or something. If it was still as bad, if not worse, than the first, by all means, complain away! I know I sure would

I would love to get out and do things but I did a spinning class AND Day 2 of Insanity. So my knees are KILLING ME. So I am tryying to not eat. I am the MASTER of overeating. If its put in front of me, I will do my best to eat it all. I learned this in church. They kept telling me that it was rude to not eat everything…

INSANITY is a 60-day total-body conditioning program. It is hard and the same price as P90X. I actually started it once before. I like it more than P90X.

I do P90X Insanity, Challenge Yoga and Zumba 5 to 6 times a week. I feel fantastic. After the army I have been able to to this, before I couldn't imagine being able to. My perfect size is about 170 pounds. I have a great butt and I have very muscular legs also a strong ish upperbody. If I weigh less than 170 I start to look sick. so 170 is great to me. :)

I have a pair and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They are very comfy. My only compliant is that it takes a little while to get used to, but that is to be expected. I wear them at work and I am a CNA so I am on my feet ALL DAY. And after a 12 hour shift, my feet feel fine.I run in them, so Zumba in them, even yoga in them. They are…
