Hydration and Insanity
So I have been lacking on the water front severely and I want to start Insanity. But I don't want to start dehydrated. How long in advance does it take to completely hydrate. Isnt it one or two days of drinking water like you are supposed to?

Exercise Balls?
So I am not dumb, I have just never used it before. I am large in the middle but it isn't too terrible. Paired with cardio, will doing various exercises on an exercise ball help my flabby middle vicinit?y

Knee Problems?
Low impact cardio is hard to do, for me anyway, because I feel like I am not doing as much. Like swimming. Apparently it is a great workout, but I don't feel a thing! Am I doing something wrong? What types of workouts can be done with very little impact on the knees?
