I feel so old reminiscing on the good day of "Oh I remember when I was in the Army, I was so thin.."
Well turns out when you get hurt, it makes it harder to workout because of the large amount of pain in my legs.
I look at myself now and I begin to get very upset with what I look like now.
I have hope that I will be able to look halfway decent for my wedding coming up very soon.
I have had a major setback of a weight gain of 12 pounds.
I hope to over come that and get down to my goal.
Thanks for stopping by for my rant and Add me, I could always use the support!
