I am jealous and motivated. I am not qualified to answer whether or not you can over train doing what you are doing, with the exception of a lot of reading of Runner's World which would indicated that you can work out everyday as long as you cross train and have a couple of easy days. I don't know why you have to lose weight "now" but that is unrealistic. Hopefully your goal is to lose weight and keep it off. In order to do that you need to look further down the road. Don't weigh yourself too often. Do what you know will work: fewer calories and more exercise. It will work. Best Wishes.
