Im pushing myself harder to be more active so ive been thinkingabout signing up for water aerobics...but for the time being my daughter inspires me to do tae bo with her an shes only 9yrs old...

I don't know if you tried this, but i like it with bare naked vanilla flavored granola with fruit.

I make mine by using Pam spray , an make an omelette with sweet onions,red peppers,potatoes,turkey sausage,grated pepper jack cheese,spinach...with slice avocado on the side..yum

I have an its good ,thats what i buy when i have my bottled water..it has good flavor an they now have the one for energy..i also buy propel water grape flavor.

I definitely need to drink more water from what i was told by my Dr.. An she said i have to drink more than 8 cups a day.
