I do something similar. Soaking the rolled oats in apple juice and adding a sprinkling of cinnamon. No fat yoghurt. The alternative is grated apple and a little skim milk.

Tabbouleh - delicious - I use Quinoa instead of the Bulgur, and add a little red onion, and substitute zucchini chopped instead of the cucumber. And Leiki bulgur is ready cooked wheat grain. Whereas Quinoa is a seed from South America and is high in protein.

I'm sure its nice, but using any cake mix is a cop out. What happened to proper baking. You know exactly what is in it. None of that awful Palm Oil. Usually is in the fridge area. But why not make your own. You will know for sure what is contains. It is after all only chick peas, tahini, lemon.

There is no substitute for real home made whole egg mayonnaise. Use less.

never use packet cake mix - too many unknowns. Palm oil probably used!! If you make them in mini cases of course the calories will be minimal.
