Lol. It's eating whole foods. No suffering :) yet.

Kksgal1 you should friend me!! :)) I'm not suspecting any allergies. I'm just addicted to sugar lately... Like indulging in Halloween candy and wanting it after every meal. I'm going to try and change that!!
-
Wow thanks guys!!
-
Thank you so much for the input!! I feel like I am in that situation like you mentioned where I'm fit but the scale isn't budging. I just climbed 2 miles and 700 foot elevation today with my 35lb son on my back and yesterday did the same. I eat 1200 calories and I know I should probably need more for that type of fitness…

Such as a trainer who maps out meals
-
Thank you!!!
-
Thank you!! I am 5'2" and yes I'm within normal weight but it is not the weight I prefer. I know I feel more comfortable around 112. Yes, I do want to be leaner and even 20 days has already helped but I still want to lose a little more! There's got to be others in the same boat as me! I will try the apps you listed

Thank you! I do not own a food scale but I will definitely invest! And I do some workout classes which work the whole body and some weights (not super heavy) as well, which I am hoping keep up the muscle tone. I have no desire to look tiny with no muscle. :) but tiny with some muscle and feeling fit and healthy is best!

I didn't realize 15lb was so rare?! Ha
-
Awesome!! Let's do it!!
-
Perfect! No existing toxins in my tissues! Lol. Either way, I love massages...
-
Lol I just wasn't sure... If our tissues held toxins that we intake and released or something who knows?! I'm not a doctor or physiatrist that's for sure so had to ask
-
That's what I'm wondering.... I've been told the 'toxins' come out when you get a deep massage. I'm wondering what that really means? Is it true??
-
I guess it's just hard putting in a ton of work and waiting lol. I suppose I don't have any expectations other than to improve, and be fit :) and wow seska422 that is awesome!! Way to go!
-
18 weeks seems like such a long time lol!
-
I wasn't aware of that tool!! Thank you!
-
Yeah I always guess with oz and whatnot, I really don't know!
-
Thank you! I do actually do some strength and weights so I've noticed my body changing. The loss has slowed down but my hunger has gone up, so I suppose I should just not be afraid to eat, and keep at it.. And hope the weight continues to come off over time along with toning. This is a new lifestyle for me! =)
-
Oh you guys helped a ton! Thank you!
-
Oops. I meant *food scale**
-
So it doesn't matter what food it is necessarily? Just as long as my calories stay where they need to be? This is all science lol. I think I need a good scale too!
-
Thank you. I will definitely look at eating back the calories. I'm so nervous to gain weight that I just haven't tried it. Because I'm sedentary all day  I really want to get to that first goal in 6 weeks or less! That's less than 2lb per week. :)
-
I'm set at 1200 calories. I'm 5'2" and 127 currently. First goal is 118 then hopefully 110 ultimately because I know that's a good weight for me although it's not all about that scale. I workout about 4 times a week and varies. Usually at least 3 gym sessions like today will be an hour step/cardio class and the others are…

I am having a hard time eating without feeling hungry about 30 minutes later, and this hasn't happened until recently! I'm wondering if I need to up my calories...
-
Thank you. That is really good information.
-
Hmmm.. MFP set me at 1200 calories to eat a day. Im wondering why others say this is too little. Should I increase calories and exercise more?
-
Anyone? :/
-
I love eating healthy. I can continue to do this the right way. Just wanted more info on these things as I have heard great things about it spiritually from so 'health nut' people. But what I suppose Im getting is that it's not a good idea! lol. That's what I was wanting to know. Appreciate all the responses.

Thanks girl! This is what I was looking for! and to clarify, I was talking about intermittent fasting, not days at a time :) I will try just fruits and veggies and water, tea. This seems like it could work for a cleanliness! Thanks again for this info!

I'm not looking for a 'quick fix..' I am looking for something to make me feel clean and healthy and almost like 'empty' but I was looking for tips on doing this safely and advice. If there's people out there with experience let me know.. Thanks! :)
