Breakfast calories!!
Am I the only one who eats majority of my calories at breakfast? I eat roughly 400-500 calories for breakfast (which includes some coffee) then around 400 for lunch and 300 for din! :)

Technically Speaking..
So if I burn 2200 calories today (per fitbit) and eat 1700 my deficit is still 500 so I still likely am going to keep losing when I do that? Right? Lol. Help! Fitbits and steps and losing!

1200 calories will I always lose weight?
If I eat 1200 calories a day will I continue to lose weight? Eventually a person plateaus correct? When that happens, do we eat less calories or add more exercise? I am 5'2" and 127 trying first to get to 118 and it is sloow. I eat 1200 a day and sometimes 1500 if I workout :) I lose about .5 pound per week.
