This isn't amazing, great job! And thank u! I do weight myself daily and I didn't see a 1lb gain today but yet I was crazy active yesterday and ate 1300 calories lol. So it blew my mind. (I also started my period so maybe that plays a role?) But, like u said, it'll fluctuate and I have to let it.

Thank you so much Girly! How long has it taken you approximately to get to where you are at now?! I am so glad to know I'm not the only one in this very slow weight loss process and that it is do-able! =)
-
I am also adding that I think by Christmas time I'd love to have reached my goal
-
Okay thanks! So 1200-1500 calories a day should result in at least .5 lb a week is my guess. So I'll aim for Christmas to be at my goal weight

Hello! I am trying to lose about 25 pounds. I walk about 10k steps a day, with jogging every other day about 2.5 miles. I would love to lose 1-2lb per week!
-
Wow thank you so much for all this advice!
-
This was really helpful thank you!! Yes my goal is to lose more weight, to be more toned around 110. :)
-
Okay thank you!
-
I should add I'm 132 pounds
-
I seem to not lose weight eating above 1200 calories, so I am sticking to it and hopefully getting all the nutrients I need =)
-
What do you mean?
-
I'm still losing, I just started about a week ago.. but I'm thinking at some point maybe the 10k steps and 1200 calories may not be enough? If the calories are too low like the guy said above I wonder why my Fitbit recommends those calories.. weird!

For my height???

Hey!! We can do this!!

I meant to say 6 after that. Lol. Math was wrong there.

Thanks! Where do you usually find the natural bliss??

I don't like the taste of just black :) I like flavor! And I don't really plan on changing that

*An unhealthy eating habit
-
That's why I said usually :) especially when coming off of a unhealthy eating habit. Regardless, I wrote this post for support and for anyone whose had experience, not to dissect my reasoning for doing it
-
I don't agree with you. I'm eating a lot and a lot of healthy food, and feel this will be easy to sustain because I'm learning a lot about what makes me full with healthy foods and feel good
-
Eating healthy usually leads to weight loss :-)

Sorry I didn't get back to you! Yesterday I felt bloated and had a headache and probably was the toughest day so far. Today I feel good! I just want a cupcake though. But still sticking it out. I've lost 4 pounds in one week, and I'm never starving because I fill up on nutrient food and eat the right amount of calories.

Yup.

I plan on breaking the habit of how much added sugar I was intaking. It was unhealthy. I don't crave the sugar from fruits like I crave chocolate or ice cream lol. So this is a program that helps to re-structure my relationship with food. I don't mind if I don't lose much weight on it since I'm down to my last 15 pounds,…

Good luck!!! I started mine to kick my sugar cravings. I was indulging in a candy bar after lunch and dinner and would want more... I had to stop it before I spiraled!

This would be very very difficult to do. I like this whole30 because I'm not counting calories but eating healthy foods until I'm full. Not a ton of fruit. I've lost 3 pounds in 4 days which is most likely water weight from all the Carbs and bread that my body is getting rid of! I've done a ketogenic diet and I can never…

Me too! I'm eating until I'm full. No starving involved.
