So if I burn 2200 calories today (per fitbit) and eat 1700 my deficit is still 500 so I still likely am going to keep losing when I do that? Right? Lol. Help! My calorie budget is 1200-1300 but when I am seriously active during the day I burn more and in turn I feed my body but I'm so nervous about eating over my budget.. I don't want to be obsessed but I don't want to not lose!

You can have your Fitbit sync with MFP so that you eat calories based on the days activity

Yes. That's how it works, assuming your activity/exercise calories are estimated accurately. Try it for a while and make adjustments as needed
