  • Thank God you brought up this topic! I currently have this problem and just made a doctor's appointment ...worried I might have colon cancer.
  • My doctor's scale is always different than mine. I only weigh on one scale. When I go to the doctor I cover my eyes and ask them not to tell me. I explain, " I am on a diet and am weighing myself on one scale. So please don't tell me what your scale says." They always understand and it keeps me from going crazy.

  • I'm on day three, and I am hopeful that this might really work for me. I have put on 45 lbs. since 2001 and I feel so bad about myself that I now longer allow myself to be included in family photos. It's like I'm erasing myself, and I just don't want to do that anymore.
