  • I never eat when I'm not hungry and that includes working out fasted if that feels right. You can break your "holding onto weight" problem by adding weight training. Train heavy and build muscle. Your metabolism (and maybe your appetite) will rebound.
  • Calories I have only posted maybe 2x, because I have a job and a life, but I do have something to say on this topic: I have found that it really is math--calories in and calories out. I also do not agree with the low carb craze. I am a vegan body builder (my profile pic is NOT me however) and have had a great year of…

  • This is very hard. I think people sub consciously try and sabatoge our weight loss. When we change they have to change in relationship to us. Just keep saying no and hopefully he will stop offering.
  • Everyone else answered you already but I want to add that I LOVE my HRM. It is so essential to know how your body is responding. It is helpful for perceived effort. Some days I feel exhausted but my heart is telling me I can push harder. If I weren't wearing it I would have stopped my workout. On the other hand, my heart…
  • I would love to give encouragement and have accountability myself. Congratulations on your loss and your new little boy!
