I am in the same boat. I log accurately and exercise faithfully and although I am "tighter" the pounds are not coming off. I am seriously ticked:mad: and I guess I am going to have to suck it up and find a doc to run tests on me. I hate it when our body doesn't cooperate!:explode:

I did a walk/jog combo yesterday because I am so intrigued by this couch to 5k thing. It really sounds doable! :happy: I am so sore today though:frown: I used to have dreams about running but didn't think it was possible, now I can see that it is possible! Go for it!!!

La Leche League used to recommend 500 extra calories per day for a breastfeeding mom...It has been YEARS since I needed that info and it could have changed ....but if you are not exclusively bf you may not need the whole 500. I don't know....Hope that helps a little :smile:

I have the NOW brand white powdered stevia and i use 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. per half gallon pitcher brewed with 4 regular tea bags.. Does anyone know what Sabra does to get their hummus so creamy? My sis had some and man was it GOOD! I always make my own but my food processor must not be stong enough to completely pulverize those beans...either that or they add something. Any ideas?
