Bread??

I just went to the grocery store and was trying to find WHOLE WHEAT bread...or a bread without a bunch of other junk in it. Needless to say, I came home with nothing!!

Can anyone suggest a "healthy" bread that's out there??

    Ezekial bread. It is found in the frozen food section.

    Milton's - Healthy Multi-Grain Plus Bread

    Or find a Great Harvest Bread Company store nearby. Good luck!

    I like sara lee's 45 calorie and delightful bread. Not sure if it has all that "other junk" in it...

    I like miltons and ezikial too! I would spend more on bread, don't get the grocery store brand, just my opinion though :happy:

    I haven't gotten the book or read into it yet, but Im going to "try" and start EATING CLEAN....so Im not sure if there is a bread out there that fits in that category...

    Thanks for the suggestions. I think I may head to Trader Joes...forgot about that place :tongue:
