I would be very interested. I can't train with you as I'm in Adelaide, but I'm training for the trailblazer so I should be fine. (http://www.trailblazer.org.au/)

Hi, So I have been around for most of this year, I used to log consistently but don’t really log much anymore. I’m at the stage where I’m happy to lose what’s left slowly as I’m more interesting in getting fit and strong and I can’t do that while eating at a deficit. I would love more friends that go HARD with their…

Go buy a whole new wardrobe and throw out/donate the old ones! It’s expensive but worth it. Having dropped 30kg so far this year the change was pretty dramatic... then I went and got new clothes and it blew people away! If you have put all that work into your body you have to frame it right! Also I don’t want to keep any…

That getting fit and happy before another relationship thing is pretty much why I'm here. I have been single 6 months after my 7 year relationship ended. The breakup and fineness have definitely been the right things to do. I'm exploring options now but I'm not in any huge rush.

What happend to the shy guy?!...

If you want to use supplements the ones I have found best for recovery are BCAA's while you work out and a protein+carb shake right after (as in put the powder in a dry shaker and take it to the gym, then fill it up as you leave and drink it right away). You could also try skins, I have just started using them so i don't…

Look at you guys fighting over a pretty girl.... *Jumps into the fray* Wonderland, you will get to do all that and more

Time in the gym is pretty irrelevant, so long as you are burning more calories then you are eating you will lose weight. Personally though I would not bother with a 30 minute work out if you are just doing a "bit of this and a bit of that" You have allocated 10 minutes to weights AND core... to excursive ONE muscle group…

I posted before when I had just started but still happy for people to add me now. :) I’m always after super keen people that are positive and go hard with their exercise.

That’s your next opening, you should tease her in a good natured way about being a light weight and suggest another night out to do it properly. Deliver it right though, you don’t want to make her think her birthday night was not a good one.

And instead of whispering sweet nothings in your lover’s ear you can yell at them: "Come on! Feel the burn! You can Do it!"

I tend to agree, I would be curious to try a HRM just to see how much it burns though  I guess you could log it if it was a pre-planed 'work out' with the specific intention of burning calories... but to make it really count you would have to set calorie targets (could be fun) but generally I suspect it would kill…

I just noticed that too, I replied then went back to read the thread, only about one guy per page.

Kevin Smith, I have a bit of a man crush on him.

One of these, it depends on what day you ask me: 4. Single and Loving It. 5. Single and looking 6. Single and depressed

Single & 30 exactly. Hailing from Australia.

Close to 6 months now, the last relationship lasted 7 years. Just trying to get my head around this single thing, there was some potential there but I invested too much too early and ended up a little heart broken.

Amazing work! It’s just not the difference in size, the smile and the sports clothes make you look like a completely different girl!

Fitness, it literally is my new zen. I went though some rough times last year, I found and an escape and a way to deal with it in the gym. The last week or so I have been reminded again why I picked it, I let some things get under my skin but when I’m in the gym I’m safe there.

Hi! Ex avid old school gamer from Australia, still love it but have not picked up a controller in 6 months as fitness has become my thing. I have pre-planed to get my game back on with Diablo III, I just plan to play in moderation and only if it does not affect my exercise commitments.

At the gym, lifting away my worries.
