So I had to stop at the shops on the way to work today and I see this guy about 20 meters in front of me, and I think, wow, I can't wait to have big shoulders and a skinny waist like him... Half a second later I realise it’s a mirror, that guy was me! :laugh: Has this happened to any one else?

Post Fringe Fun?
So what is everyone going to do for fun now that the Fringe and all the other festivals are over for the year? I would have been focusing on my training but with a shoulder and knee injury it’s not an option right now.

Where to buy decent scales?
Does any one know where I can buy some decent scales that will measure body fat percentage half accurately? I seem to be a little stuck at the moment numbers wise but I do seem to be putting on muscle, I don’t care what I weigh, I just want to make sure I am making progress!

Weighing food?
Hi all, Recently I have been cooking up a kilogram of meat at a time and dividing it into 200ish gram lots for multiple meals. Just curious do people record the raw weight or the cooked weight when they do this? They often differ significantly. =/ Cheers!
