Get 2 shots at Starbucks extra ice in vent cup. Then pour in 1/2 of a pure protein carmel drink. It's awesome, and around 90 cal. And very filling.

I only do a 40cal slice of bread, with 0 Cal spray butter and 2 egg whites. 80 Cal for breakfast, and that works for me. I'm also only doing 1200 cal/day.
