    Today was active recovery. Really supposed to be a rest day, but I can't do anything tomorrow because I'm getting my metabolism test done, so I switched. Can't wait to find out my true BMR!

    Bodyweight pushups and dips

    Dumbbells: Overhead press, triceps pullover, pullups, biceps curls -- 5 sets of 5 reps


    Walked some outdoors, which is all I can do right now because of an injury.

    45 minutes on the treadmill in HR Zone 1, followed by 30 minutes of lifting/core. Hour twenty on the bike trainer doing interval work this afternoon.

    walked what i thought was going to be 3.2 miles, but instead turned out to be 5.08 miles this morning. maybe hitting the gym later on tonight for some actual cardio (lol) and some weights :]

    On weekdays i do 8.5 miles cycling as part of my to and from work journey and walk inbetween a mile and 4 miles in the evening. On the weekends i do 45 minutes treading water plus a mixture of cycling and walking usually equalling about 10 miles.
