    Today I swam for 40 mins - 40 lengths, followed by a 25 min walk.

    walked what i thought was going to be 3.2 miles, but instead turned out to be 5.08 miles this morning. maybe hitting the gym later on tonight for some actual cardio (lol) and some weights :]

    On weekdays i do 8.5 miles cycling as part of my to and from work journey and walk inbetween a mile and 4 miles in the evening. On the weekends i do 45 minutes treading water plus a mixture of cycling and walking usually equalling about 10 miles.

    26 mins on treadmill, intervals (couch to 5k) burnt 250 cals (best effort yet) running for 14 mins out of the 26 in intervals.

    43.5 mins on rower (not sure the technical name for this) 370 cals

    Have gone hard at the gym past two days, may need to recover tomorrow but am eager to continue the running even though i hate it..

    No internet yesterday, so I couldn't post. Man, that made me nuts! So LWi8 Agility X, 276 cals in 31 mins. Felt like I was training for the freakin' Army! Today is a rest day, tomorrow is Yoga Sculpt in case I don't get online.
  • Today will be elliptical for 45 min, stairmaster for 15 and work on my arms and legs.

    jillian michaels banish the fat dvd .. today was my 1st try and i managed 25 mins out of 45
    ( not bad for some one who is 297.6 pounds as of today :bigsmile: )

    OMGosh! I have been slacking on posting my workouts. Work has been crazy and I am trying to tie up all the loose ends before vacation/holiday next week.
