    A triple dose of c25k week 3, then walk until my legs fell off, which they did..in the pouring rain and heavy winds. Was all set to give up as I was drenched and freezing..shivering cold freezing, but " Sanctify yourself" (By simple minds)came up on the iPhone....and I guess I just had to "Sanctify myself" and kept going until my legs fell off. Literally.

    Proud for not quitting, but a dumbass for overworking my knees and catching a really bad cold.

    ho hum.

    I walked 8 miles. Needed a day off from the usual, so I walked. A lot. I walked 3.4 miles to a meeting. Then 2.4 miles to another, then 2.2 miles home.

    rode my bike for approx. 15-20 minutes in this heat and cleaned house... thats about all of my exercise for today... will try to do the treadmill later when it cools down a bit.... right now its just too darnn hot...

    Debating about getting a ballet conditioning DVD. I take barre class 1-2 times a week and I can really see a difference in my body. Anyone have any great dance-related DVDs?

    Ran 3 miles. It was rough, partly because I ran 5 miles for the first time day before yesterday, and am still feeling that, and because it's too dang hot for April! :tongue: Should have gone earlier this morning!

    I was going to be bad and not exercise today, but I just got bored in the office at work and did 50 jumping jacks. I'm thinking of moving on to sit-ups now lol
