    Bicycle ride to the gym and back (40 mins total). Very casual, no hills. Crazy pace on the elliptical for 30 mins then a pace 30 spm less than the first for 30 mins.

    Turbo Jam Fat Blaster. Only burned 243 in 30 mins because I think I pulled something in my stomach and tried to take it easy. Feels like someone's stabbing me when I jump. :(

    I LOVE THIS THREAD!

    I'll do 60 mins on the elliptical in front of a MSNBC show then prance around the weight room drooling at hot men for a few mins.
    Then I'll do about 30 mins of combination muscle group free weight exercises- focusing on core and arms. Like burpies, tricep kick backs, lateral lounges w/ a shoulder press, etc.

    My highlight of the gym are all the hot men and that's pretty much the only reason I lift lol. :love:
