    120 minutes cycling, including a lot of hilly terrain and trails. Mfp estimates about 890 calorie burn or thereabouts. Since I am not gaining eating that back, I am guessing it is about right.

    This morning I did The Butt Bible, L3D5 (lower body) and burned 307 cals in 40 mins.

    Sat was a rest day
    Sunday I did 45 min Elliptical Resistance Intervals - 459 cals
    Monday was NROLFW Stage 1 2B - 251 cals
    Today TurboJam Punch, Kick & Jam - 48 min 389 cals

    I have an interim trainer tonight while my trainer is out of town - so it's going to be an adventure in strength training before my 45 minutes of Elliptical cardio!

    Ran 4 miles on the treadmill this morning. Tonight I'll be chasing after a sugared-up preschooler. Double workout!

    140 minutes of pretty heavy cycling, lots of hills so sort of a bit like interval training on my bike, lol.
    Over 1000 calories burnt with some walking added in.

I've attempted to post this several times, but I keep getting distracted by that damn shirtless guys thread!!! :blushing: Tomorrow is the last day for The Butt Bible. Upper body, in case I don't get online over the weekend. Then maybe Zumba for cardio on Sunday. Have a great weekend, everyone!

    Took a 3 mile HELL hike for 105 minutes. 1000ft elevation gain up, 1000ft elevation down and I DID NOT STOP once and I ran/walked down. I wore a t-shirt and SHORTS, so that when I passed super skinny people taking a break, all they had to look at was my FAT *kitten*, when they started hiking again. IT was a great burn.
  • 60 minutes ZUMBA - almost 600 calories gone. But that isn't exercise, that's fun!
