120 minutes cycling, including a lot of hilly terrain and trails. Mfp estimates about 890 calorie burn or thereabouts. Since I am not gaining eating that back, I am guessing it is about right.0

Monday was NROLFW Stage 1 2B - 251 cals

I have an interim trainer tonight while my trainer is out of town - so it's going to be an adventure in strength training before my 45 minutes of Elliptical cardio!0

Ran 4 miles on the treadmill this morning. Tonight I'll be chasing after a sugared-up preschooler. Double workout!0

Took a 3 mile HELL hike for 105 minutes. 1000ft elevation gain up, 1000ft elevation down and I DID NOT STOP once and I ran/walked down. I wore a t-shirt and SHORTS, so that when I passed super skinny people taking a break, all they had to look at was my FAT *kitten*, when they started hiking again. IT was a great burn.0

60 minutes ZUMBA - almost 600 calories gone. But that isn't exercise, that's fun!0
