    Yesterday was Punch, Kick & Jam (Turbo Jam) and today was Cardio Party Mix 1. Saturday was my DOR.

    Burn Intervals for me today. It was so hard as I didn't take a rest day this past weekend. We are leaving for vacation Friday, I can rest then..lol

    1 hour total body class and a quick 2 miles on the treadmill at a 2 incline. Ran my fastest mile since high school today!

    Monday (yesterday):
    5 min warm up jog
    45 min heavy weights
    15 min HIIT on bike max tension 20 for 15 sec, then back down to tension 4. Repeat for 15 min
    30 min bike ride max tension 6
    20 min aerobics with stretching
    15 min sauna

    I burned 806 cals and ate 2820 cals with 35 cals to spare :smile:

    Tuesday (today):
    5 min warm up jog
    20 min weights
    60 min Zumba class
    15 min sauna

    I plan on eating 2500 cals for the day, we will see how I do :happy:

    40 minutes on the treadmill, alternating fast walking and running, then 15 minutes on the arc trainer and some bench pressing and a few other weights. Hoping to fit in the Upper Body Butt Bible Level dvd later on today...

    Today's weight training day ... provided by shoulder doesn't give me fits. :\ Sessions are usually about 60-70 minutes of chest, arm, shoulders and back exercises and I am SO looking forward to it!!! :)

    Absolutely nothing.
    I've been laid up with bronchitis for the last couple of weeks. No exercise allowed, doctor's orders.
    I had no idea how much I'd miss it!

    today the weather here in england is dreadful so i couldnt do my usual 3 mile walk so i did 75 minutes housework which involved blitzing the kitchen. burned almost as many calories as my walk. i will also be doing 1 hour of just dance later :-)

    Mine is 1 hour of elliptical or 30 minutes on elliptical, 30 minutes (3.5-3.9 speed) on treadmill, and 15 minutes stationary bike. I am starting a boot camp so my work-outs will change up a little now.
