I had issues with P.F. as well. I was given all that you have done except I also was given steroid injections in my foot plus I had orthotics made for my shoes. I think that these 2 items along with the bedtime boot helped out a lot!

I have no preference between the Silk brand unsweetened vanilla almond milk vs. the Blue Diamond brand. I use it because it has less calories than skim milk but mostly because it has more calcium in it. I still prefer the taste of cow's milk though!!!!

I have had that happen to me lots of times. I usually just keep waiting and eventually it picks up my heart rate signal. My husband thought it may be the battery too. I just think that the battery should have a longer life than that. Now, that I see it is a common problem, I may call customer service as well.

Skinny taste's website is awesome for ideas!!! I have made the "healthy mozzarella sticks and they are terrific!! I know they also have a "skinny buffalo chicken dip." The ideas on that site are endless. Good luck!
