I have used the unsweetened vanilla almond milk for a while now. I use it in my cereal only. I buy it because it has less calories then skim milk and also has more calcium. However, I still prefer the taste of dairy milk.

I often use the Light Laughing Cow in place of mayo on my sandwich. One wedge is only 35 cals and very creamy!!!!! I also use mustards- regular yellow, spicy brown as well as Horseradish mustard. They have 5 cals per tsp. I like hot sauce and Sriracha as dipping sauces.

OK--- so I am 5'2" and currently weigh 153lbs. I work out so that I have extra calories to eat plus I feel guilty if I don't. Thanks for the input. It is greatly appreciated.

I made it tonight for dinner as well. It was VERY yummy. Mine looked like what the other post said- meringue. I did assume too that the yogurt and mozzarella cheese would melt into a creamy sauce. I just bought my yogurt today so freshness was not an issue. This was a very yummy dish and will still make again!!!!!!

I as well thought it was around 10 days per level to get through all 3 levels in the "30 days". I am currently on day 3 level 3. It has taken me longer than the 30 days though because I do it every other day alternating with kickboxing. I think that level 2 is pretty hard due to all the plank position exercises. I think…

Marinate in light balsamic ving dressing. Then broil for about 8 min each side. Add a pice of roasted red pepper & 1/2 slice mozzarella cheese. Broil another 2-3 min until cheese is melted.
