my calorie intake on this site says for it to be 1710....i go to 1800-1900 ...i eat small meals all day. i eat smart ones for lunch ussually and yogurt for snack or a half a bagel for breakfast ...and for afternoon snack usually a south beach diet bar. it's the homecooked meals that make me go over and i eat small portions…

dang this is hard. everyday i go over in calories just about like 200 over. i work from 5:30 in the morning and don't get off till about 5 or 7:30 and then on the days i get off at 5 i have sports for my son. what in the heck can i do?????????? this is driving me nuts

on average i might eat two meals and maybe a snack ......i eat the normal southern food. fried fish. mash tators, or fried tators. fried eggs or scrambled , burgers. subway....enchiladas.....beans chicken spaghetti etc.

hi ....im new to this site. my coach from beachbody.com told me bout this place. looks pretty interesting ...6 yrs ago i weighed 155 and now im at 207 too much for me. have been up to 220 but lost some in last few years. i work out with turbo jam ....but my eating habits are poor as can be im sure.hopefully that can change.
