Alcohol is why I exercise. Wine & Scotch & a good IPA are often my pals.

We made these Saturday - a couple changes though: * Used FF moz * Used 99/1 extra lean turkey Came out to 153 calories per serving. They were a *tad* dry, but not horribly so. For lunch today I will probably nuke one and pour a tbsp of spaghetti sauce on it. VERY GOOD ALL IN ALL!

Making these tonight!

Peach Chobani. And it is not a nice day here in Michigan :-( I walked 4 miles in cold rain.

I use fat free mozzarella and I use way less then the recipe calls for. I put 1/4 cup in the crust and 1/4 cup on top. For sauce - use regular sauce if you want...I sometimes just slice a roma tomato and call that my sauce. As I've mentioned many times, a pizza stone helps cook the crust to a more firm texture. Mine…

Odd - mine hold together very well. I did follow the advice to mix the oats into a flour first. Maybe that is the key. We have about 4 left after 4 days - still very good. My eldest daughter came home for the weekend today and went right for them, not knowing...afterwards I asked how they were - "very good!".

Thanks for the tip on nutritional yeast - new to me, too.

Saw enough references to Walden Farms that I had to look. Yep...the killer phrase is prominent: "... all sweetened with Splenda". YECH!!!!

Beethoven's 9th with an accompaniment of a 300 person choir and 4 soloists. 4th movement may be the greatest piece of music ever written.

The quick cake recipe is.... * A box of ______cake mix * A box of Angel Food cake mix well Put 3 TBSP of the "mixed mixes" in a coffee mug Add 2 TBSP water Stir gently (careful now...) Microwave for 1 minute. It's called 3-2-1 cake because of the above instructions. I made mine with carrot cake/angel food, but…

I made these today... they are great! I used 2/3 cup sugar and NO Splenda or any other sweetener. I bumped up the applesauce by 1/4 cup. I also did grind the oats first, then added the hot water. That went into a mixing bowl with all the other ingredients too. I added all the choc chips on top just before going into the…

I just made these today, too. I substituted real sugar for the Splenda- I will not eat that crap ;-) I used 2/3 cup sugar and bumped up the applesause by another 1/4 cup. There is another thread going on these now, too - and I followed some recommendations there - blend the oats first (into a flour), then add the water,…

Bells Two-Hearted Ale tops my list. My list is crammed with IPAs. I'm well beyond the point of no return regarding beer and flavor. For those drinking Guinness Stout - keep in mind it is surprisingly low in calories (it is low in alcohol). Drink up!

My daughter (who is 19) claims that her superpower is that she can shoot glitter from her fingertips. She says that all it does is attract unicorns. :-/

<save> for later - thanks!

I give this a "meh..." Odd taste and odd texture and odd look. I used the quick oats, eggbeaters, blueberries, and 1 tsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp 1% milk - came out to 163 calories. Not worth it to me.

Success! For the crust I used 1.5 cups of cauliflower plus 1/2 cup of FF mozzarella (plus the same spices). I topped it with another 1/2 cup FF mozzarella. and turkey pepperoni, onions, green peppers. Totaled out at 296 calories for the entire pizza, but I only ate 4 (of the 6) pieces. The crust was fine - help together…
