Steve's whey protein powder comes in Chocolate and vanilla and is absolutly delicious, I definitly recommend it hands down.

hi there, now I do work out 3X a week and do a little over an hour of hard cardio every day (7 days a week) but I consume anywhere from between 2300-3300 calories a day :p but I agree, good article BUMP

I have 2 eggs with veggies (about 1 cup maybe?) and then 1 serving of oatmeal. Or I'll swap out the oatmeal for yogurt with some granola and chopped up fruit. :)

Okay so honestly (and I speak from experience) the best way to cut down on belly fat is to do cardio. Crunches are great, as are planks and bicycles (I do all three as well as my cardio) but as my old trainer once said: "cardio, cardio, cardio!" I'd thought about that, I'm not a huge one for eating large quantities of food inbetween or close to my meals because I find it annoying. I like whey protein powder (Steve's actually) so that's not a bad idea, do you have any good recipes? :) thank you!
