I just finished level 1 too! I am scared to try Level 2.

I am 5'1, and currently 113 lbs. My goal weight is 110 lbs, but I am focusing more on gaining some muscles and getting flat and toned stomach. Not sure if it is possible after 3 kids.

It is a workout DVD by Jillian from the show the Biggest Looser. It is around 20 minutes circuit training. I believe it is 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minute strength and 1 minute abs, and you repeat it 3 times. There are 3 Levels, so the more "pro" you become the higher level you can do. I heard really good reviews about this…

I lost few inches from my thighs and waist. My friend said that my pants are getting too loose. I just bought one pair of pants from Express today. I just looked at it like a "prize" for doing a good job these last few weeks. =) But I will not buy anymore until I reach my goal. Need to loose my belly fat :(
