30 day shed

Can some one explain to me what 30 day shed is all about? I keep seeing it on peoples posts but dont have any idea what it is.

    It is a workout DVD by Jillian from the show the Biggest Looser. It is around 20 minutes circuit training. I believe it is 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minute strength and 1 minute abs, and you repeat it 3 times. There are 3 Levels, so the more "pro" you become the higher level you can do.
    I heard really good reviews about this DVD. I bought one for myself the other day.

    Some people on here have posted their before/after photos and it's amazing. As soon as I finish the current Jillian DVD I am doing I am buying that one.

    I have the 30 Day Shred DVD but I don't do it consistently. When I do it, it's about 2 times a week on level 3. But on the days that I don't do it, I am doing Core Secrets or running at the track. Do you think I will still see good results this way, or should I really concentrate on doing Shred everyday for the next month?

    I just started the 30 day shred two weeks ago. I honestly haven't lost any weight, but I have lost inches and have more energy that I have in a while. I love it because it is only 25 minutes long and most days that is all I can spare for time.
