Welcome! I started this site 2 yrs ago & love it! I noticed after turning 30 that I was slowly gaining weight. My hubby & I had gone to Vegas & when I got the pics back, I was horrified by how I looked. working out & using this site have helped me so much! good luck on your journey!

I still "treat" myself as long as I stay under my calorie goals. It isn't realistic for me to give up everything I crave. I just make sure to eat only 1 serving or a half serving. I have Jillian's 30 Day Shred and just got her Shred It with weights (kettlebell workout). I drink Muscle Milk vanilla creme ready to drink. I also like their vanilla or strawberry milkshake powders. I mix it with 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries. I don't have hip hop abs, but I do have 30 day shred and LOVE it!! I mix it up with a couple other Biggest Loser dvds. You will probably have to improvise some of the moves when you first start. I did. I am now up to using 8lb weights. I did it in 60 days the first time I attempted it. It was too much for my body to do it…

I have done it twice. I now do it mixed in with other workouts and with 8lb weights. I started with 3 & 5lb weights. I didn't lose alot of weight either, but definitely became more toned! I love the workouts! Great way to get a decent calorie burn in a shorter workout.
